Yes. The event will be professionally recorded, and the full event recording will be available to CEO and Founder ticket holders, and for purchase after The Vault concludes. This allows you to revisit key sessions or share insights with your team post-conference.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not offered for The Vault Conference. However, tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend.
At this time, we do not offer military or student discounts. All ticket pricing is fixed and reflects the full value of the event experience.
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. This is required at check in to verify your registration and grant you access to the event.
Yes. Guests are welcome to attend, but each guest must purchase their own ticket. Every attendee is required to have an individual registration to ensure proper accommodations and access to all event features.
No. The Vault is a fully in-person experience.
The event is intentionally designed to be immersive and built around in-the-room moments, strategic connections, direct feedback, and execution under pressure. That level of impact does not translate through a screen.
To get the full value of The Vault, you need to be in the room.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. The MGM Grand is easily accessible via rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as local taxis and rental cars. Onsite parking is available for those who choose to drive.
If you are staying at the MGM Grand, no additional transportation is needed, as all event programming takes place on property.
Pets are not permitted at The Vault Conference. Only registered service animals are allowed inside the venue in accordance with ADA guidelines.
